But what to do?? I really need myself to be inspired right now, but I can't think of anything... I found some inspiration on Pinterest though. Oh well, maybe I come up with something by the end of the day.

Why do you think you're too late to start a 365? I doesn't necessarily have to correspond with the calendar. Although, I really like the project a week idea. Seems like a reasonable amount of time to produce something awesome, right? Have you ever tried art journaling?
