Fitness Friday

I just finished another week of no fitness...damn, will I ever get the hang of it? I did move around a lot though, I had a lot of work in my garden this week, which is kind of exercizing too, although it's not enough ofcourse..But, next week I have some zumba classes planned again and in the meantime I eat healthy and lost some weight anyway, so that's a good thing :-)

  1. How do you like Zumba? My neighbor does it and loves it. I am pretty good on exercising, but have zero flexibility, so was going to try yoga yesterday, but friend bailed so I went running instead... have a race on Sunday (which by the way, is motivating... sign up for a race and then you have to do it!). :) Have a great weekend!
