Fitness Friday

I really need this post today, because I've had the worst week of not going to the gym at all...Ofcourse I have all kinds of excuses, but I'm aware that it always goes wrong where the excuses start..
So, I'm not quitting obviously, but I consider this as an off-week and start fresh the upcoming week. I grabbed all this inspiration below to keep me motivated to stick to my plans and keep going from now on.

    If only I weren't this lazy. But I'm hopeful that one of these days, I'll keep calm and get myself some effin cardio. :)
