Fitness Friday

Yes, you see it correctly, I'm changing my Fab Feeling Friday feature into Fitness Friday :-)
Fitness is really becoming an important part of my life and I need to keep motivating myself. If you're working out too, then I hope this feature will motivate you too!
I'm doing fitness now for 3 weeks and I can really feel the changes already! Eating healthy has always been an important part of my life, but I'm more aware now what kinds of food support me in my workouts.

  2. I seriously need to start working out too but I just don't know how to motivate myself. I'm just way too lazy for any physical activity. Even bought a new pair of rubber shoes to keep me excited but no use. It's still in the corner gathering dust. :(

  3. I wish I could find motivation to work out...right now the closest I get to working out is playing Dance Central on
